The Finance Forward Committee of the FEI Chicago Chapter drives a culture of inclusion that increases diversity of membership across all measures—gender, orientation, race, age, and more.

What We Do

Our primary focus is to foster an inclusive culture while facilitating member connectivity. We aim to broaden membership diversity, attract new members, and retain existing ones.

• Educate: Host Unconscious Bias events to help identify barriers to inclusion.
• Partner: Apply a D&I lens to all FEI programming; committee members serve across FEI Chicago committees.
• Prioritize Member Experience: Create meaningful connections through events tailored to member interests and locations.
• Measure Results: Track membership growth and event participation.
