Bob Feller brings over three decades of strategic financial leadership experience to his role as WorkForce Software’s Chief Financial Officer. As the CFO, he oversees all administrative functions for the company, including finance, legal, HR and IT.
Bob’s career journey has taken him from the dotcom boom in the San Francisco Bay Area, to the parent company of the Detroit Pistons NBA franchise, and through a multitude of technology companies along the way. His experience in a wide spectrum of businesses has taught him how to identify growth companies with a sustainable recurring revenue business model. Bob has demonstrated expertise in building and leading effective finance, legal, HR, and IT teams in growing technology companies and this is what makes him happy to come to work every day. Bob has directed many notable projects in his extensive career, including a successful IPO at Salesforce.com and a secondary offering at a publicly listed SaaS company, Scientific Learning, as well as several private equity transactions.
Bob holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan. A proud Michigan Alum, he has served on the Board of Governors of the Ross School of Business, run its Alumni Chapter in San Francisco, attended countless home and away football games, and even married another Wolverine – Go Blue! When not on the road visiting customers and partners, Bob resides in the Detroit area with his wife and two kids, but still feels at home whenever he is on the West Coast.
