Ross Forman is a Managing Director in BDO’s Workplace & Operations Strategy practice. He has over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, organization assessment, workforce and workplace strategy, M&A integration and back -office cost improvement. Ross has extensive knowledge advising leadership, clients, and staff by identifying strategies to solve complex issues including:
• Managing and planning staffing requirements across industries, including key performance reports/metrics, etc.
• Creating complex workplace strategies that address a hybrid RTO, generational differences and functional support requirements
• Drafting the workplace of the future guidelines to enable an agile work culture including Sustainability and Wellness
