Michael Allenson is an Associate Director in the Business Transformation practice of Protiviti. Michael specializes in organizational transformation, customer experience strategy and design (including internal customer experiences), employee experience and engagement, as well as the change management needed to accomplish these transformations.
Michael helps clients recognize the needs of a variety of stakeholders and create alignment among them whether they are internal or external. He helps clients identify metrics that drive success and enable stakeholders to focus on actions that matter most.
