Bart is a Senior Vice President at RHSB Insurance in the Fort Worth, Texas office. He also serves on their Board of Directors. Bart is on the National Faculty for the National Alliance and was an adjunct faculty member at TCU from 1981 until 2017 where he taught a class on Insurance.
Bart is currently serving on the Commercial Lines Liaison Panel for the Insurance Services Office and on the Agents Advisory Council for Texas Mutual Insurance Company. He has served on the Board of Directors of the PIA of Texas and the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas. He has served on the Board and is Past Chairman of the Mid-America Insurance Conference.
Bart graduated from Texas Tech University with an MBA and a BBA in Finance. He also serves on the Board of the Angela Stanford Foundation and is on the Board of Mayfest, Inc.
