Fort Worth Chapter October Dinner Meeting | In Person and Virtual

When registering for this meeting, please select either IN PERSON or VIRTUAL attendance – but not both – and designate the sessions you plan to attend.  CPE credit will be available for both in person and virtual attendees.  In person dinner options include bacon wrapped filet mignon or sunfish oscar.

Since this meeting has an in-person component, all registrants – including virtual – must consent to the In-Person Attendance Agreement in order to complete registration.
 

Safety protocols will be in place for in-person attendees, including but not limited to the following:

-Masks required when not eating, drinking or speaking from podium.
-Less people seated at each table.
-Limiting capacity.
-Hand sanitizer available.
-Attendees should maintain social distance and refrain from handshaking or hugging.
-A signed COVID-19 Waiver will be required for attendees.

Please do not plan to attend the in-person event if you are someone in your household have had the following:
-Been tested for COVID-19 and awaiting results.
-Had a fever or other COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
-Came in close contact with someone with a positive confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks.
-If you don’t feel well or have any COVID-19 symptoms including fever or chills, cough, difficulty breathing, fatigue, body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea.

National Registry of CPE SponsorsFinancial Executives International (FEI) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State Boards of Accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

For FEI CPE credits, one credit hour equals 50 minutes according to NASBA guidelines. Some states boards may differ on how many minutes constitute a credit hour.
