When is the event?

FEI's Corporate Finance Playbook is a fully virtual event taking place on Wednesday, June 24.


How do I access the event?

After you register, you’ll receive an email with a link to the Online Event Platform. This email will be sent to the email address you used during registration and will arrive 24 hours before the event. It will contain everything you need to join.


How do I log in?

  • Click into any session on the event platform to view details such as the speaker, description, and start time.
  • This is also where you’ll log in. Since you’re already registered, simply enter the same email address you used during registration.
  • No password is required.
  • Once logged in, you can add sessions to your personal online calendar and join them when they go live.

How can I ensure the best viewing experience

To get the most out of your event:

  • Use an up-to-date browser such as Chrome (recommended), Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
  • View the event on a laptop or desktop computer for the best performance.
  • Make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection. Streaming other services on the same network may affect quality.
  • If you experience audio or video issues, refresh your browser. This will not impact your CPE eligibility as long as you remain logged in.
  • If issues continue, try clearing your browser cache or switching browsers.

When do sessions begin?

You may enter each session room 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Sessions begin automatically at their designated time—no action required.


How do I add sessions to my calendar?

A step-by-step guide is available on the event platform. Look for the Add to Calendar option for each session.


Can I download the presentation materials?

Yes. If a speaker has shared presentation files, you’ll find them in the Resources window within each session room. Materials may include PDF slides and other reference documents.


What if I can’t hear or see the presentation?

Try the following steps:

  1. Refresh your browser.
  2. Confirm that your speakers or computer audio are turned on.
  3. If the issue continues, use the Ask Your Questions Here! window to reach the support team for real-time assistance.

How do I ask the speaker a question?

Use the Ask Your Questions Here! window in the session room. Speakers will address as many questions as time allows. If they are unable to respond during the session, they may follow up with you by email afterward.
