Virtual Conference FAQs

When is the event?

The virtual conference will take place Tuesday, May 12 through Wednesday, May 13. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the event runs from 10:00 am ET – 4:20 pm ET.

How do I access the event?

Once registered, a link to the virtual conference hub will be sent to the email you used during registration prior to the event.

Click around! Explore the Engagement Hub and all of the sessions in store. Scroll through each carousel to view the sessions happening on a given day. You’ll see titles, speakers, companies, and start times.

How do I log in?

Click into individual sessions to learn more about the presentation, speaker, start time, and duration. This is also where you’ll be asked to register or log in. Since you’re already registered, simply log in with the email address you used to register for the conference. No password is required. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to add specific sessions to your personal online calendars and attend the sessions when they go live.

When and how will sessions start?

You’ll be able to enter each session room 15 minutes prior to its start time. The session will begin automatically at its designated start time. You don’t have to click anything. Just sit back, relax, and learn!

Please note: If you miss a session, don’t worry! All sessions will be available for viewing on-demand within approximately 30 minutes of their start time. You’ll find them back in the Engagement Hub when they’re ready to be replayed.

What is the program layout?

Each day will kick off at 10:00 pm ET and ends at 4:30 pm ET. Both days consist of four one hour and 15 minute session each worth 1.5 CPE credits.

Can I get a copy of the PowerPoint presentation?

Yes! Be sure to check out the Resources widget in each session room to download a PDF version of the presentation and any additional materials from the speaker.

What can I do to ensure an optimal viewing experience?

Disable your pop-up blocker and enable Flash (most sessions require it). If you enabled Flash but still see an error message, try refreshing your browser. If you’re having bandwidth issues, use a hardwired Internet connection if possible.

What do I do if I can’t see the presentation or hear the speaker?

Try refreshing your browser. Ensure your speakers / computer audio is activated. Use the Q&A box in each session room to ask a member of the support team for additional help.

What do I do if I have questions for the speaker?

Use the same Q&A box! Speakers will follow up with you via email after the session.

I have more questions!
