SESSION 1: KICK OFF & ORIENTATION
June 29 | 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Eastern

This opening session sets the stage for a successful program by fostering connections among participants and providing an overview of the journey ahead. Key themes, expectations, and program goals will be introduced, helping participants align their individual intentions with the overall learning outcomes.

 
 

SESSION 2: EVOLUTION OF LEADERSHIP
July 1 | 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Eastern

In this session, participants will explore the evolution of leadership and its distinction from management. By understanding leadership styles and the power of influence, participants will learn to engage effectively with others to inspire collaboration and drive success.

 
 

SESSION 3: CLIFTONSTRENGTHS FOR EMERGING LEADERS
July 8 | 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Eastern

In this session, participants will dive into their Top 5 CliftonStrengths, gaining deeper insights into their natural talents and how to leverage them for strengths-based leadership. By identifying their personal "power zones," participants will learn to harness their strengths to grow as effective, authentic leaders.

 
 

SESSION 4: EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
July 15 | 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Eastern

In this session, participants will explore the concept of emotional intelligence (EQ) and its impact on leadership effectiveness. By developing emotional self-awareness and empathy, participants will enhance their ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, collaborate, and make better decisions as leaders.

 
 

SESSION 5: ESTABLISHING YOUR VOICE & BRAND
July 22 | 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Eastern

In this session, participants will discover how to establish their leadership voice and create a compelling professional brand that reflects their unique values and leadership style. Participants will also enhance their presentation skills to effectively tell their leadership story through video, engaging their audience with clarity and impact.

 
 

SESSION 6: AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT IN PRESENTATIONS
August 5 | 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Eastern

In this session, participants will learn how to communicate effectively in virtual, hybrid, and in-person settings. The session will cover techniques for crafting compelling presentations, engaging diverse audiences, and delivering messages that leave a lasting impression across various formats.

  • Project 1: Recorded Virtual Presentation - For this project, participants will record and submit a 5-minute video titled “How I Lead / Who I Am as a Leader.” This project offers the opportunity to articulate your leadership identity, reflecting on your leadership journey, values, and vision, while honing virtual communication skills.
 
 

SESSION 7: STRUCTURED PEER REVIEW FEEDBACK
August 21 | 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Eastern

In this session, participants will practice active listening as they engage with their peers’ recorded leadership presentations. Through guided reflection and structured frameworks, they will learn to give thoughtful, constructive feedback that supports growth, encourages confidence, and builds a culture of mutual learning and respect.

 
 

SESSION 8: SHAPING ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
August 26 | 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Eastern

In this session, participants will explore the key elements that shape an organization’s culture and how emerging leaders can actively influence it. By learning how to align with and positively impact the culture around them, participants will be equipped with strategies to foster collaboration, inclusion, and high performance within their teams and organizations.

 
 

SESSION 9: INNOVATION & CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING
September 2 | 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Eastern

In this session, participants will explore practical problem-solving tools and creative frameworks that can be applied to everyday leadership challenges. The session will focus on developing innovative thinking strategies to approach challenges with fresh perspectives, driving continuous improvement and better decision-making.

 
 

SESSION 10: STRATEGIC THINKING & CRITICAL ANALYSIS
September 9 | 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Eastern

In this session, participants will explore critical thinking and strategic thinking frameworks, including the SOAR analysis, the 5 Whys, and the Urgency Matrix. These tools will help enhance decision-making, analyze complex situations, and create actionable strategies that align with organizational goals.

  • Project 2: Prepare for Your Live Virtual Presentation - In this project, participants will reflect on their leadership journey, identifying key milestones and areas of growth throughout the program. They will share their leadership development journey with the cohort during a live virtual presentation.
 
 

SESSION 11: LIVE PRESENTATIONS
September 23 | 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Eastern

In this session, participants will deliver a final 5-minute presentation that reflects on their leadership journey, celebrates achievements, and highlights key learnings from the program. Through peer feedback, participants will refine their leadership skills while closing the program with intention and confidence.

 
 

SESSION 12: CLOSING SESSION
September 30 | 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Eastern

In this closing session, we will celebrate your achievements and graduation from the program, reflecting on key takeaways and growth. Together, we'll set intentional next steps for applying your leadership skills and continue your journey of professional development.
