CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment is due in advance. Registrations within 15 days of the conference require credit card payment. Substitutions and cancellations may be made at any time and must be sent in writing via email.

The following cancellation schedule will apply:

  • On/before October 12, 2018: Refund granted minus a $175.00 processing fee.
  • October 13-19, 2018: Credit letter issued less a $175 processing fee for use towards a future FEI national event for up to one year.
  • After October 19, 2018/No-Shows: No refunds or credits will be issued.
