Beth Colson is a Managing Director and Partner at Truity Partners and has been with the firm for 14 years. Beginning her career as a CPA in public accounting, Beth brings the industry knowledge and expertise to deeply understand the skill set and needs of both candidates and clients.
Carver Smith is a Managing Partner at Truity Partners and has been with the firm since 2010. With over 30 years of experience in the recruiting space, Carver brings deep expertise in identifying and evaluating talent across accounting, finance, and management roles. He collaborates closely with clients to deliver tailored recruiting strategies, process improvements, and compensation plans. A former national director of recruiting for an international CPA firm, Carver is also an experienced speaker and educator on recruiting and leadership topics.
