Transformational Leadership Series: Setbacks and Upsets

Explore the power of Transformational Leadership with Executive Coach, Tony Smith and FEI President and CEO, Andrej Suskavcevic. This 7-session webinar series will prepare you to evoke your leadership skills, empower yourself, and experience a transformation through conversations focused on authentic leadership in a new era.

Session 1:  Setbacks and Upsets

Accomplishment could be said to be a series of well-managed setbacks. Consider that most people are in a low-level upset most of the time and think this is normal. Breakdowns or setbacks trigger your reactions, often as upsets, even as low-level upsets, which are real, nonetheless.

Being effective with your reactions to setbacks is key to your effectiveness, success, and happiness at work. This session will explore the anatomy of an upset and begin to equip you with what works in leveraging setbacks to accomplishments.
