Ignoring or avoiding the skill sets and mind sets of both giving and receiving feedback will suppress your career and your life. In this session, we will introduce you to mind sets and skill sets that enable you to both give and receive feedback in a way that elevates performance and enhances your relationships. 
  • Do bring actual situations where feedback is necessary, but for some reason feedback does not seem to be working. Be prepared to share your situation without any identifying names.
  • Do note that prowess = your commitment + coaching + practice. Bring your willingness for these three elements and use this Transformational Leadership series to lay in these key foundational skill sets, mind sets, and tool sets for the rest of your career, and life.

State Boards of Accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

For FEI CPE credits, one credit hour equals 50 minutes according to NASBA guidelines. Some states boards may differ on how many minutes constitute a credit hour.
