Transformational Leadership Series: Demand, Pressure, Stress - Now What?

Explore the power of Transformational Leadership with professional development coach Tony Smith and FEI president and CEO Andrej Suskavcevic. This 7-session webinar series will prepare you to evoke your leadership skills, empower yourself, and experience a transformation through conversations focused on authentic leadership in a new era.

Session 4 - Demand, Pressure, Stress: Now What?

Demand, pressure, and stress seem to show up every time we're accountable for something beyond the familiar, and with a deadline. What if the source of stress was not in the circumstances but always and only in how you and I relate to them? What if that realization could be practiced and developed so this stress in your life, and the experience of pressure, went down markedly for the rest of your life? This session will begin placing you on that path.
