Teams deliver on their mission through a shared strategy that includes where we are going - the directional purpose, and the end-objective to be achieved - while being open to discover and invent the means along the way. The mission is coordinated through action units called projects and tasks, and real-time calendar commitments. How does one create, and initiate a high-performance team in the first place? What challenge calls for a high-performing team? What is the team’s purpose?
