Legal Update: Latest COVID-19 Legal Developments for Employers

1.5 CPE Credits

The COVID-19 pandemic has created havoc for employers as they try to stay on top of new developments and do everything they can do protect their business and their employees. During this webinar, Peter L. Frattarelli, Chair of Archer & Greiner’s Labor & Employment Department will discuss the latest issues facing employers in the COVID-19 crisis.

The new guidance and policies for the Paycheck Protection Program will be reviewed, including what monies have to be repaid and prospects for further small business loans. The webinar will also address what essential employers, and employers reopening their businesses, need to know about testing of employees, questions that can be asked to employees about their possible COVID-19 symptoms or exposure, what duties are owed to co-workers, and accommodations and leaves that must be granted.
