Mr. Bruce Busmire

Since March of 2018, Mr. Busmire is a Co-Founder of PaintMire, an advisory firm.  From 2014 to 2017, Mr. Busmire was Chief Financial Officer of Energy XXI, a publicly traded E&P company focused on the Gulf of Mexico Shelf. Prior, to that he served as CFO for Venari Resources, a private equity-backed Deepwater Gulf of Mexico exploration company. Previously, Mr. Busmire held financial executive positions at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation for eight years where he was instrumental in many areas of change management. He was a founding member of Pickering Energy Partners (now Tudor Pickering Holt & Co.), an energy investment and merchant banking firm. Mr. Busmire was Vice President of Investor Relations for Ocean Energy until it became Devon Energy in 2003.
 
In the first 20 years of his career, he held various positions of increasing responsibility in accounting and senior management at Amoco Corporation. Mr. Busmire has more than 37 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry and financial markets. Mr. Busmire holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Lamar University; an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University; and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1985.  Mr Busmire is an independent director of two privately held companies.
