Mr. Muhammad Dhamani

Muhammad Dhamani leads the Dallas Oil & Gas Finance Team within the Energy & Power sector at Wells Fargo’s Corporate & Investment Bank. He manages a portfolio of public and private equity clients in the upstream space.
 
With fourteen years at Wells Fargo, beginning as a financial analyst in the Energy Group, Muhammad has significant experience in structuring transactions, negotiating credit agreements and developing new relationships with prospective clients while arranging over $7 billion in financing. His practice primarily focuses on Reserve Base Loans, acquisition financing and syndicated loans, providing the full platform of Wells Fargo’s financing and advisory services.
 
Muhammad has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from The University of Texas at Austin, and an M.B.A from Southern Methodist University with a concentration in finance. He was previously a member of Corporate Banking’s Diversity & Inclusion Council, serving on the Recruiting Committee. Outside of Wells Fargo, Muhammad is a Director at the Aga Khan Foundation USA, a nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of global poverty in the poorest parts of Asia and Africa.
