Michael is a global thought leader in the area of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Organizational Resiliency Planning (ORP). He brings over 20 years of strategic management consulting experience, skilled in the development and implementation of comprehensive risk management processes and a dvancing effective risk based mitigation solutions. Michael re-joined our firm in 2019. He has held senior management positions with major global management consulting firms as we ll as managing principal roles with a private merchant banking firm. His most recent engagement was in the role of Chief Risk Officer for a major , global public entity. He has built award winning ERM programs for clients and has successfully implemented market leading innovations in strategic ris k management services & solutions and business process improvements enabled by risk technology platforms. Michael is a frequent speaker a nd thought leader in strategy, ERM, Safety Management Systems (SMS), Organizational Resiliency Planning, risk technology, data and digital risk strat egies. He specializes in transforming and evolving traditional, transaction based risk management departments to becoming strategic busine ss functions, driving and supporting strategic plans, by applying ERM and organizational resiliency best practices in real time.
