Richard W. Sander, Jr. is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Decisive Communications, Inc. Rick is responsible for leading the company’s finance and accounting operations including treasury and compliance as well as human resources.
A veteran of the industry, Rick has over 20 years of experience in media & telecommunications, working most recently as Division Senior Vice President Finance for Comcast. Throughout his career, Rick has also held executive positions with Century Communications and MultiVision Cable TV.
Additionally, Rick spent five years outside of the telecommunications industry working in the financial services sector. During this time, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Titanium Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of homeowner contacting services, and Vice President Finance at ProVest LLC, one of the nation’s largest legal support services firms. Rick started his career at Deloitte LLP in New York where he was involved in bank examinations and other financial audit engagements. Rick is a CPA in the State of New York and holds an MBA in Financial Management and a BBA in accounting both from the Hagan School of Business at Iona College.
