Michelle Patton is the founder of Aria HR and has been Kent Employment’s exclusive recruiting affiliate for over four years. Beginning her career in Accounting & Finance, Michelle transitioned into HR and Recruiting 13 years ago. Before starting her firm, Michelle headed Human Resources for SaaS and civil engineering and architecture organizations. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Linfield College and the SPHR, SCP, and HCS certifications. Michelle is the Co-Chair of the Recruiting & Selection special interest group of the Portland Human Resource Managers Association
