Matteo is the Senior Director of GTM Enablement at Procurify, where he is responsible for partnering with sales, marketing, customer experience and product teams to build and deliver ongoing learning experiences that deepen industry and solution knowledge.
Matteo's career has focused largely on implementing strategies and initiatives to improve sales performance and productivity. These roles spanned across recruiting, onboarding, sales training and sales operation. He played a key role in enterprise-wide initiatives that improved performance across inside and outside teams and designed new KPIs to rapidly identify opportunities to deliver high-ROI systems with large-scale deployments of Value Selling, Challenger Sales, and most recently Corporate Visions. This included strategic cross-functional development through the creation and enablement of sales training programs.
Matteo is based in Toronto where he lives with his wife and two children and is actively involved in coaching youth athletics. While he considers Toronto his home, he and his family refer to Orlando's Walt Disney World as their second home.
