Dipti Gulati is the chief executive officer of Deloitte’s US Audit & Assurance business, leading more than 18,000 professionals. In her role, Dipti is responsible for the delivery of high-quality client service excellence, developing diverse teams, and driving innovative audit and assurance services that bring integrity and trust to the capital markets.
With more than 30 years of experience, Dipti has served some of the largest global public companies, primarily in the financial services industry, and is recognized for her commitment to client excellence and quality. She has held domestic and international roles that enable her to bring a breadth of experiences and insights to her complex global engagements.
Over the course of her career, Dipti has held several leadership roles, including as a member of the Board of Directors of Deloitte US and its Risk and Regulatory Committee, Managing Partner of the East region for the US Audit & Assurance business, and the Capital Markets Industry Professional Practice Director.
Dipti prioritizes investing in her community and serves as a Board member and Audit Committee Chair for the United Way of New York.
Dipti is a graduate of Lehigh University with a degree in accounting and earned her MBA from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Finance. She is a licensed CPA in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
