Dr. Shackell is an Assistant Professor in Accounting and Business Law at Ithaca College (Ithaca, NY). She received her Ph.D. from the University of Michigan and her MAcc from the University of Waterloo (Ontario). Her research interests are in performance measurement, incentives, decision making, subjectivity, and ratcheting.
