Dale Fodness, PhD is an Associate Professor at the University of Dallas Gupta College of Business, and a business strategy consultant. At the University he teaches courses in marketing, corporate social responsibility, and analytics. His primary consulting focus is helping firms think and act strategically by managing complexity, identifying the next right answer, and making decisions with insight. His course, “Strategic Thinking for Breakthrough Results” is required for all consultants of a major, global tech company.
