Robert has more than 17 years of audit and assurance experience, focused significantly in the technology industry, serving venture capital and private equity backed start-ups to large public companies in various industries of all sizes. Robert is the US Technology and Media leader for ESG for the audit and assurance practice working to help companies understand and prepare to comply with the upcoming regulations and to realize the value in establishing an effective ESG reporting strategy. In addition, as an advisory partner leading in the national capital markets group, has strong experience leading teams on engagements of all complexities; has advised companies leading up to and through the IPO/SPAC exit process, including sustainment work post IPO such as close support and SOX implementation, experience auditing carve-out entities and divestitures.
