John Luke Spitler is Chairman & CEO of The Encompass Group. Formed in 2002, The Encompass Group provides technology solutions for today's human capital management challenges and is an industry leader in the attraction and retention of top talent across a broad array of specialties. John Luke is responsible for the vision and direction of the organization, as well as managing the overall operations and resources of the company. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration. He serves on the Board of Directors at Liberty Christian School and works with multiple charities and non-profit organizations around the metroplex. John Luke enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his wife and four children
