With nearly 20 years of experience providing professional assurance services to a wide range of clients that are both publicly and privately held, Kristen’s diverse audit experience ranges from start-up companies to coordination of large global SEC engagements.
At Baker Tilly, Kristen leads the firm’s SEC Practice in the New England business unit, working closely with the firm’s customers on everything from initial SEC registration to ongoing reporting, compliance and other complex accounting matters. She also specializes working with clients in the life science industry including biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, helping them to navigate the unique and continually evolving challenges that impact life sciences companies at varying stages of development.
