Robert specializes in Corporation, S Corporation, Limited Liability Company, Partnership, Trust, Estate, and Individual taxation. His expertise lies in consulting with family-owned businesses to establish an efficient business structure and purposeful succession plan while minimizing the tax burden and maximizing overall profitability. Robert also specializes in IRS representation, Private Equity, SaaS Technology companies, and divorce litigation support. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Tax Manager for seven years at Andersen, LLP in San Diego.
