Jim Fawcett is the Employee Benefits Sales Practice Leader with First National Insurance Agency. His role is to assist with business development opportunities across the entire FNB footprint while self-sourcing opportunities for himself. Jim’s specialty has always been outside-the-box thinking and innovation, while leading by example. He works with employers with 50-500 employees, focusing on proprietary risk mitigation strategies, data analytics applications, HR efficiencies and compliance solutions in the workplace.
Jim is a graduate of Thiel College earning a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in communication studies. He also was a member of the varsity football and wrestling team at Thiel. Jim holds the role of VP for the Defenders of Freedom, Pa chapter, a 501(c)3 dedicated to providing short-term financial assistance to post 9/11 Veterans who served over seas.
Jim resides in Wexford Pa with his wife and two young children.
