Bruce has extensive and diverse industry experience as an internal and external management coach and consultant, a member of corporate staff as well as line management. He currently coaches professionals on the interface where their skill and style come together to impel or impede success. He also teaches The New Physics of Career Management in the Post-Parachute Era at graduate-level programs in healthcare and business.
He has a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, with an emphasis in organizational behavior and psychology. In addition, he holds an MS in Clinical Psychology. Bruce is the author of Answering The Three Career Questions (2014), The Complete Handbook of Coaching 2nd Edition; Chapter on Career Coaching (2014) with Nicole Steckler PhD, and a cotributing author to the international best-selling book Business Model You (2012) by Tim Clark. He and Tim recently authored Business Models for Teams: See How Your Organization Really Works and How Each Person Fits In. (2017), now available world-wide in thirteen languages.
