Kirk Rosin is the Chief Revenue Officer for Paladina Health, where he is responsible for delivering revenue-generation strategies that help the company exceed growth goals, drive product value, and ensure success for customers nationwide. Rosin brings more than 20 years of consulting, insurance carrier and start-up experience, having helped large and mid-sized organizations embrace and adopt next-generation health care programs that fundamentally improve health and the delivery of health care to large populations. Prior to joining Paladina Health, Rosin served as the Chief Strategy Officer for 2nd.MD, a technology and health information service catering to patients with complex care concerns. There, Rosin led overall organizational strategy, business development, distribution partnerships and product evolution. He previously held leadership roles with health insurer Aetna, including Vice President of Client Strategy and Innovation for its North American business, where he was responsible for more than 52 million portfolio of emerging and innovative businesses. Rosin was an award-winning consultant who developed and deployed advanced health care strategies to the largest employers in the country. In 2011, Rosin was named a Top Employee Benefits Consultant – Private Sector Health Care, by the editors of Risk & Insurance as well as HR Executive Magazines. A Michigan native, Rosin earned a bachelor’s degree from Albion College in Michigan and a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
