Matt's areas of focus are centered around Enterprise Performance Management with an emphasis on planning, budgeting, and forecasting improvements and management reporting and analytics. He has done significant work in finance transformation, finance benchmarking, cost takeout, Sarbanes Oxley, and post-merger integration.
