Jan Hill is the Global Lead for Pigment’s Business Transformation Advisory practice, providing consultative expertise to strategic organizations seeking to increase the maturity of their planning processes. With almost 2 decades of experience across the finance function, Jan guides FP&A leaders in the development of transformational planning visions and roadmaps grounded in business impact. Prior to leading Pigment’s global Business Transformation Advisory team, Jan served as an FP&A practitioner, Finance & Enterprise Performance consultant, and Business Value principal. She holds a BA in Mathematical Economic Analysis from Rice University in Houston, Texas.
