Richard Thomas has a depth of real estate and banking experience spanning nearly three decades and ranging from commercial loan workouts, asset management/disposition to debt and equity placement.
Since 2003, Richard has been focused solely on the seniors housing and healthcare industry as a provider of debt and equity capital as well as advisory services to clients nationwide. He has originated and closed more than $8 billion in seniors housing and healthcare loan, sales and advisory transactions and has consistently earned top company and lender production awards.
He is an executive board member of the American Seniors Housing Association and an active participant in the National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing & Care Industry (NIC).
Richard holds a BA and MBA from Berry College, and Georgia State University, respectively.
