Jason Skidmore has over 20 years of experience as a leader in the staffing and consulting industry. He is a co-founder, and the CEO of Vernovis, a Cincinnati-based talent solutions company. Jason and his business partner started Vernovis in 2011 to help clients with their technology, accounting and finance staffing needs. In the last several years Jason has expanded his leadership team, and grown the company’s offerings, to include cybersecurity and to provide much needed consulting and advisory services to its clients.
Jason excels at building collaborative relationships that lead to improved performance of teams and organizations. He has implemented the Transformational Leadership program at Vernovis and adopted Emergenetics as a tool for enhancing professional relationships and improving productivity among teams. Jason's passion for creating positive impact and giving back to the community is demonstrated through his active engagement in the technology community. He serves as Chair of The Circuit’s Board of Directors, as an Advisor on the Cyber and Public Safety Committee at Franklin University, and on the Advisory Board of Per Scholas Columbus.
Jason is married and the father of four. He coaches basketball, golfs, when time permits, and is an avid reader.
