Mr. Louis Grabowsky

Lou founded Juniper Capital Management with his son in 2014. Juniper has invested in three platform transactions encompassing five distinct companies in the infrastructure, manufacturing and industrial services industries. Juniper procured and maintains a majority ownership in each company and is closely involved in the monitoring and governance of the companies.
 
Lou has led and advised management teams and boards of directors in achieving their business strategies, improving performance and advancing key governance practices for over 30 years. He strategically guided Grant Thornton LLP as its Chief Operating Officer during the most severe financial crisis since the Great Depression, culminating in the firm achieving its highest level of net revenues and income up to that point in its history. Lou led a corporate capital restructuring and has participated in IPOs, debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other major capital-raising activities. He possesses a deep knowledge of the capital markets and regulatory environments, both in the U.S. and abroad. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
