Kyle leads the Client Service team of Certent’s Administration Services group, and his team works directly with clients by providing expertise and best practices to successfully navigate and administer their equity compensation plans. Kyle has over 15 years’ experience in various SaaS organizations in leadership, client service, and customer success capacities. Prior to joining Certent and leading the Client Service team, Kyle spent seven years in the marketing automation industry helping clients leverage technology to effectively communicate to external customers and internal partners.
