employee engagement. She has had the honor of working with a variety of organizations, from national franchises to
non-profits in South America and Central Asia. Her greatest joys include helping individuals and teams develop their
own exceptional talents. Karen’s clients credit her with having “the natural ability to partner with leaders in taking
their organizations to the next level.” Her background as a nurse, and her success in both the pharmaceutical and
