David Bikman is a faculty member for Portland State University's Blockchain for Business program, specializing in the design and implementation of enterprise solutions that make use of blockchain and distributed ledger technology. David earned a B.S. in Economics and Master of Public Administration from PSU, and is an independent consultant and trainer to investors and accountants regarding the tax implications of investing in cryptocurrency.
