- In-Person: Attendees can participate live at the event in person at The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale. Registration includes access to all sessions, a networking lunch, scheduled breaks, and a post-event reception.
- Virtual: Attendees can participate in live-streamed sessions during the event.

Unlimited virtual company registrations, plus five (5) in-person registrations. Registrants must be active employees at the purchaser's company. An FEI representative will contact the purchaser to coordinate registrations.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In-Person Registrants
Payment is due in advance. Registrations within 15 days of the conference require credit card payment. Substitutions and cancellations may be made at any time and must made via email to FEI's Event Support.
- Until February 10, 2025: Refund issued less a $175 processing fee.
- February 11-25, 2025: Credit letter issued less a $175 processing fee for use towards a future FEI conference for up to one year.
- After February 26, 2025: No refunds or credits will be issued.
Online/Virtual Registrants
Cancellation requests must be made via email to FEI's Event Support no later than February 26, 2025, to receive a refund. Requests made after February 26, 2025, will result in a credit balance.
Credit balances expire and are forfeited after six months from the cancellation date. Another individual may substitute for your registration. No-shows forfeit the full registration fee.
