ATTENDING IN PERSON

This in-person meeting will be strictly limited to 60 attendees based on guidelines set by the chapter and space available at the venue. Attendee tables will be spread out more than normal and fewer people will be seated at each table. Approved guests may attend in person based on available seating. A signed San Antonio Chapter COVID-19 waiver is required to enter the meeting, even if you completed an online waiver at the time of registration. 
 
CPE credit, if applicable, will be available per the typical criteria for chapter in-person meetings: registration in the FEI system and onsite signature verification of attendance. Registration deadline for in-person attendance – Wednesday, October 22, 2021
 
SAFETY PROTOCOLS
  • A signed San Antonio Chapter COVID-19 waiver is required for entry to the meeting and will be collected from each attendee at check-in.
  • Attendee tables will be spread out more than normal and fewer people will be seated at each table.
  • The San Antonio Country Club follows state restaurant and valet safety protocols which are available for review at https://www.dshs.state.tx.us/coronavirus/opentexas.aspx.
  • Masks are recommended and should be worn when not eating, drinking, or speaking at the podium.
  • Attendees should try to maintain 6-foot distancing, frequently wash or sanitize their hands, refrain from shaking hands or hugging, and cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or an elbow.
  • Please do not attend if you don’t feel well or have any of the COVID-19 symptoms including fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea.
 
This event is free to dues-paying members of the San Antonio Chapter, affiliate/sponsor members, and their registered, prospective member guests. A prospective member's first meeting attendance is complimentary. The guest fee for others is $75 payable in advance. Advance registration is required due to limited seating. Members and affiliates can register themselves by using the "Register Now" link above. Please register by October 22, 2021.
