Political IQ: The New Leadership Edge

111419.png

Let’s be honest, every organization is political. Because when smart people compete for limited resources, they get political. We've all worked at places where information hoarding is commonplace these days; silos, cliques and turf wars consume too much time and energy; and gossip spreads faster than official corporate communications.

Nancy Halpern, a leadership consultant with 20+ years of experience in the Fortune 500, grew tired of seeing careers and teams derailed by office politics. She's built a validated model and diagnostic that can pinpoint where politics interfere with business success. She'll share with us lessons learned the hard way; road blocks to avoid; and strategies to ensure that we don't let politics get in our way.
