The Business of Sports

We look forward to welcoming you back to the first dinner meeting of the 2022-2023 programming year!

This is sure to be an exciting event showcased by Joe DiLorenzo, the former CFO of the Boston Celtics.  Joe will be discussing a variety of the interesting and intricate parts of the "business" of sports including valuations, salary caps, luxury taxes through collective bargaining, sports gambling, analytics and more! He will also take your questions and share stories from his extensive experience in the sports industry.

In addition to networking with Knoxville’s finest business finance leaders, you’ll receive one hour of continuing professional education.   The location of the event will be in the newly renovated Bridgewater Hall on the lower level, away from the interstate.

We are very excited to have such an amazing speaker join us to kick off our FEI Knoxville year and we hope to see you there!
