With vaccination coverage in the U.S. at rates too low to fend off the delta coronavirus variant, a number of major employers – including the federal government – are turning to vaccine requirements for their workers. For some, it begs the question: Is that legal? If so, what are the limitations?

Join us on September 22nd as Robert Duston, Partner, Saul Ewing, discusses the following:
  • Understand the rights of employers to mandate vaccinations, and if so, the  practical implications?
  • Learn how employers should  handle requests for medical or religious exemptions from vaccine mandates, mask policies or other COVID-19 safety rules.
  • Understand what safety rules or requirements can or should employers impose on unvaccinated employees, and which can be different for vaccinated employees?
  • Increased knowledge of other Return to Office issues, including exceptions to mask mandates, concerns about unvaccinated co-workers, and operating in hybrid workplaces.
