Austin Chapter November 2019 Breakfast Meeting


Please join us for our monthly breakfast meeting on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at Austin Country Club as we welcome guest speaker Andy Loughnane, President of the Austin Football Club, as he presents "Launching a Major League Soccer Team in Austin: The Formation of Austin FC."

Andy's presentation will focus on some of the factors considered when starting this new venture, including:
 
  • The growth and demographics of Major League Soccer as compared to other major league properties
  • The feasibility of operating Major League Soccer in Austin, Texas
  • The state of Major League Soccer stadiums in North America, and
  • Construction cost and stadium design insights
 
Please note: Non-FEI Austin members and sponsors are welcome to attend this meeting as a guest.
