On March 2, FEI, on the recommendation of the Committee on Taxation (COT), joined 160 other industry and trade associations in a letter to congressional leadership expressing support for reinstatement of deductibility of R&D expenses. The letter was organized by the R&D coalition and the National Association of manufacturers(NAM).
