FEI's Committee on Private Companies (CPC) is responsible for identifying issues of interest to private company finance professionals on a wide range of issues from legislation, regulation, accounting standards and practices, human resources and administration, and succession planning. The CPC helps create content and guidance on these issues to benefit the FEI private company membership. The CPC also directs FEI’s advocacy efforts on public policy and accounting standards on behalf of private company members.
