According to recent EY research, many CFOs believe that their current finance function is not equipped to meet the demands the future will place on it, and 47% percent say their current function does not have the right mix of capabilities to meet its future priorities.

As technology, globalization and demographic trends continue to disrupt organizations, the role of the finance function will increasingly be brought into question. Where its job was once predominantly that of a reporting function focused on balancing the books, it will become a data-driven decision center. There is a need to rethink, reshape and reinvent our finance strategies. We need to embrace a path with technological innovations and the right set of people to improve effectiveness and increase efficiency.

In this webinar, we will explore the finance tools and team of the future, and answer the question: Is the future of finance new technology, or new people? We will also talk about the more defined role of CFOs and senior executives in reinventing the future of finance.

 Key Takeaways-
  •  Building the future of finance: Technology plus people and a vision for the CFO
  • Decoding upcoming technology options: RPA vs AI; On-prem vs Cloud
  • Looking beyond traditional skill sets: Talent management for the future
