Michael Schor is a Partner in Deloitte’s Risk & Financial Advisory practice, where he has over 17 years of experience providing risk-based services to the marketplace. Mr. Schor advises on all matters of internal controls, including technology, regulatory, and risk issues.
Mr. Schor is also leading Deloitte’s efforts around the modernization of 2nd and 3rd line of defense functions. This includes the People, Process, and Technology considerations required to keep pace with rapidly evolving organizations and the associated emerging risks. Specifically, Mr. Schor is leading efforts around the use of automation including data analytics, robotic process automation (‘RPA’) and Cognitive Intelligence (‘CI’).
